New World Order ("NWO", "we", "us") provides operational intelligence and automation services. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It specifically describes our use of Google Calendar for scheduling discovery meetings.

Information we collect

Through the discovery form we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Your name and role.
• Your contact details (email address and phone number).
• Your company name and sector.
• A description of your business problem, goals and current setup.
• The date and time you select for a discovery meeting.

We use this solely to understand whether and how we can help you, to respond to your enquiry, and to arrange and prepare for a meeting.

Google Calendar data

When you book a discovery meeting, we use our own Google Calendar to check availability and to create and manage the appointment. Specifically:

• We read availability from the dedicated NWO Discovery calendar to show open meeting times.
• We create the confirmed appointment as a calendar event in that calendar.
• We manage (update or cancel) those events as bookings change.

This access is authorised through our own NWO Google account. We do not access, request or store access to your personal Google Calendar, and prospects are not required to grant Google account access. The event details we hold for a meeting are limited to your name, contact details and company, stored in our CRM alongside the meeting time.

How we use your information

Your information is used to assess fit, prepare a response or proposal, contact you, and manage the sales process. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Storage, security & retention

Data is stored securely with restricted access, limited to the New World Order team operating the sales process. We retain enquiry and meeting information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent to the use described here at any time.
